Enkidu Brew is planned to be a domicile for three men’s rambling adoration of nature’s greatest invention.

Whether we succeed or not depends a lot on the weather, the laziness, the reader, and the liver.
A little about us. EnkiduBrew is made up of three drinkers. Our names happen to be Dave, Dan, and Jamison. We drink beer. We study beer. We make beer. We love beer.
Like many of you, we too envision ourselves waking up every morning, eating a healthy breakfast, and heading off to work. Only work happens to be your very own and operated brewery. And like many of you, we don’t have that brewery. BUT WE WILL! Confident, determined, energized, and no where near our goal. It’ll happen one day, for us and for you. Until then we’d like to write about it.
Follow us on our journey from the bottom up and let us in on your own. We’d love for this site to be a place where homebrewers from the world over who may have plans of their own for a brewery/restaurant/business-to-be can gather and discuss their strategies, recipes, equipment, future plans, etc. Or maybe you are just someone who loves good beer. Whoever you are, lets make it happen. This is our site as much as it is yours. If enough interest is gained, a forum could be built and we could all laugh and play and tickle fight over who’s beer is better until our mom makes us come inside.
The top sure as hell looks a long way up there, might as well make some friends along the way.
